The room was quite small. The promised space was not there. also, i found the staff a little indifferent. They didn't seem overly concerned with my comfort, disappointing. i had hoped for a warmer reception, especially after a long journey. i felt somewhat ignored at times, so my overall experience was not fantastic. i just expected a higher level of service.

The room i booked turned out to be smaller than expected (a real squeeze with my luggage). i also noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom. The showerhead was a bit loose, and the grout could use a good cleaning. the lift noise was noticeable, particularly late at night. it was located just outside my room.

the room was super clean. it was serviced daily. the mattress felt very nice. the location is great because it is a short walk or metro ride to the city center. i was provided with a free upgrade since they had a room with balcony available at checkin.

i had a small issue with how staff responded via email before i arrived. their responses seemed not to give information about airport transfer. it made me worried.

reception staff were very helpful and nicely renovated the hotel. breakfast was very good and included fresh fruit plus fresh bread. croissants and pastries were also available together with cheese and ham. staff at breakfast were especially helpful.
